We connect international volunteer mentors with education-focused nonprofits to deliver online classes and the teaching resources that make them work.
education4change builds the pipeline between people who want to teach and organizations that need teachers. We recruit volunteer mentors, help them structure a curriculum, and support the delivery of online and recorded classes.
Our mentors are university and high school students. We started recruiting in Shanghai and are open to volunteers anywhere.
The part we care most about: we don't impose a curriculum. Courses are structured around needs a partner organization states directly, and co-designed with their team. A mentor's subject expertise is only useful if it lands on what students actually need next.
